Bio
Mitch Williams is a native of Santa Barbara and has been building custom homes in Santa Barbara and the surrounding area for twenty years. He got his start in construction at an early age from working on building projects with his father, also a contractor. Through many successful stints in construction management with various companies, Mitch garnered the experience and acumen necessary to begin applying his own personal touch to Santa Barbara’s unique building projects. In 1986, he began his own company and has been exceeding client’s expectations ever since. Mitch has served as president of the Santa Barbara Contractor’s Association, and was an eight-year member of the Association’s Board of Directors. Aside from his professional activities, Mitch enjoys working in the community having served as president of the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Barbara. Additionally, he is very active in various community events serving as a member of the Old Spanish Days Board of Directors and key contributor to the Fiesta Days Rodeo.
Mitch especially enjoys the design and technique challenges of building custom homes. Working with clients is his specialty. He gives special hands-on attention to each project, lending valuable design and technical advice to owners, architects, and project managers. He views each client relationship as an opportunity to create a lasting friendship and exceed the client’s expectations, while at the same time educating them and bringing their dreams into reality. Along with the various accolades accumulated by his company, some of Mitch’s projects have been featured in such publications as Architectural Digest, Home & Garden, Coastal Living, Builder/Architect, and Leading Estates of the World.
