The Project
This project consisted of Renovation and Addition to a Mission Style 1970's construction. Years of lack of maintenance and moisture damage created the need for a complete reconstruction of this large residence. The rearranging of the room sizing, finishes, and vista expansion has made this an astonishing project.
Reconstruction consisted of all new floor structure, added new roof structures, all new plumbing and the introduction of radio switching for interior and exterior electrical and video systems. State of the Art Heating and Air Conditioning, Sound and Video along with programmable scene landscape lighting has made this home an immediate hit for the first time visitor.
Limestone flooring throughout has created a feeling of true timeless vintage architecture. The remantling of the many fireplaces has maintained the cultural input of the period architecture and the melting into the Twenty First Century living necessities. With the sensitive handling of all the 'upscale' products and the age of the Architectural Style, Mitch Williams Construction has continued to implant their care in this blending.
